Our published Bengaluru turnkey housing packages start from about ₹1,979 per sqft (Elegance) through Premium and Elite plans, and are indicative only. A site visit and drawings are needed for a project-specific quote. See Turnkey Plans for inclusions.
Timelines vary with plot size, approvals, weather, material lead times and whether interiors are included. After we review your drawings and scope, we share a staged programme. Independent houses typically run in phases (foundation, structure, finishing) rather than a single fixed number of months for every site.
Turnkey housing with NexGem covers agreed civil works and listed finishes in the selected package — from structure through specified interiors and services. Items marked as extra or client-supplied in the package tables are not included unless added in writing. House construction and interiors can be combined in one contract.
