Residential work is NexGem Infra’s core. We plan and build houses, villas and apartment interiors-ready shells for homeowners in Bengaluru, with a project manager coordinating drawings, site work and quality checks.
A typical residential brief includes plot constraints (setbacks, soil, access), structural design from your architect or our planning support, a written estimate, and a staged programme. We do not treat housing as a side line to commercial work.
Independent houses, villas and apartments
Families come to us for independent house construction, villa construction, and apartment finishing. The civil sequence is similar — foundation, structure, masonry, waterproofing, MEP — but detailing and finishes change with the brief.
How we keep the build coordinated
Construction project management sits inside the delivery: vendor scheduling, material checks and a single contact so you are not chasing every trade. If you want living spaces complete on day one, pair the build with turnkey interiors.
